Greg Brown
Greg has over 30 years successful experience as an HR and Development professional, much of his career has been spent at senior level, operating as Corporate Director, Chief Executive and Board member.
Greg has attracted a team of highly talented People Management and Development experts who share his aim to enable people, teams and businesses identify and overcome actual and perceived barriers to progress and success, enabling them to realise their potential and high levels of achievement.
A generalist ‘by trade’ Greg specialises in Leadership Development, Facilitation, Team Building, 360 degree feedback and Coaching. Greg is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and a qualified Executive Coach, a member of the Institute of Directors, and is coach and mentor and confidant to numerous Chief Executives, Board level Directors and staff at all levels.
Greg is an experienced and sought after trainer, executive coach/mentor, facilitator and conference speaker, HR 'expert' for the Entrepreneur's Business Academy and a regular contributor to Inside Housing, EBA online and other professional journals.
Cathy Walsh
During her near 30 year HR career Cathy was a co-founder of a number of recruitment firms, including Resources International Plc,
Cathy leads our Senior Executive Recruitment Team and successfully delivers major permanent and interim recruitment and development campaigns, change programmes, assessment and development centres for recruitment and restructure and works with Board and Senior Executive teams and individuals in support and development.

Sintia Drebniece
As a skilled Assessment and Development Consultant trained in psychometric testing, Sintia is a key member of the recruitment team. As well as running recruitment projects and development centres, Sintia carries out investigations and review projects, helping clients in identifying, planning, implementing and developing Recruitment strategies and systems. Her qualifications include:

Tim Farrell
Tim leads our Transformational Change Consultancy and has worked as the HR and Change Lead for some of the world’s best known organisations, including Rolls-Royce, Michelin, Guinness, BOC-Edwards, Norwich Union, LucasVarity.
His projects have ranged from new company launches in the UK (Michelin) and Poland (Norwich Union), to multi-million pound cost saving initiatives, such as transferring production to lower cost economies in Czech Republic, China and Mexico, outsourcing to India, or factory closure and redundancy handling. Tim is FCIPD qualified, has an MBA in Change & Technology and Masters in Communication from the Institut d’Administration des Entreprises – Aix-en-Provence.
Martin Evans
Martin’s 25 years experience in managing, starting and developing service businesses both in the UK and internationally has provided close understanding of the dynamics of the challenges they face.
For much of this time Martin has provided outsourced HR support to private businesses, social businesses and charities. He has developed a range of practical and cost-effective tools to assist effective staff management and specialises in providing practical day to day ‘people problem’ solving and employment law/contractual advice.
Julie Lord
A strategic consultant with experience in designing, leading and delivering change/management development programmes for organisations across all sectors, and with particular expertise in the not-for-profit sector. A skilled course leader with expertise in 360 degree feedback, development centres, action learning sets, coaching and delivery of learning modules, project sets and programme evaluation.
A Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, qualified in coaching for high performance, level A & B in Occupational Testing (BPS) and Psychotherapy/Hypnotherapy (incorporating NLP techniques).
Rachael Clow
Rachael’s career has included a successful career in managerial positions with Virgin Atlantic, before she retrained as an Executive Coach. Her Executive coaching clients include BT, Virgin Active, Shepherds Bush Housing Association, Virgin Atlantic, UNUM, Cable and Wireless and in the NHS where she has been a much sought after Executive Coach with NHS South East Coast and NHS West Sussex, especially following her work delivering 360 Degree Feedback
Rachael's accreditations include BA Hons PSY/BMA. MNLP. Diploma Corporate and Executive Coaching.
Marcus Tofts
As former European HR Director for Havells Sylvania, HR professional at Unilever, Marcus is well rounded HR generalist with experience gained in a variety of organisations.
Marcus' key specialisms include HR Strategy, change management, creativity and innovation, Executive Coaching, UK & European Law, recruitment, policy creation and development. Marcus also undertakes absence management and investigations into employee ‘problems’ such as Whistleblowing and Grievances.
Mary-Ann Nossent
Mary-Ann works across the country on equality projects, covering the seven strands of social identities identified by the Equality and Human Rights Commission - Age, Disability, Gender, Race, Religion or Belief, Sexual Orientation and Social Circumstance.
She has worked with directors and senior staff to develop equality policies, and with employees who deal with members of the public and potential clients in all methods of communication. Mary-Ann has undertaken in excess of 200 access audits in different types of businesses including offices, shops, hotels, sheltered housing schemes, places of worship, warehouses, training, conference suites, footpaths and outside spaces.
Sara Knights
Sara is an experienced and qualified learning and development professional and Executive Coach, possessing excellent skills in the design and delivery of learning interventions which include the latest cutting edge Management Development and Leadership techniques. Sara, a Talent Management specialist, has many years experience working across a range of sectors, with a focus on improving the performance of Managers, Leaders and Teams and also bring many years experience as an Investors in People Accredited Assessor.
Dawn Newey
Dawn Newey is a qualified coach, MBTI practitioner and change management consultant specialising in performance development, career transition coaching and organisational development.
Dawn began her career with Barclays Bank and progressed to senior management where she gained a broad range of experience at regional and national level in leadership, organisational development, performance & career transition coaching, operational & strategic change management, risk management, and corporate lending.
Dawn’s work focuses on empowering individuals to achieve their goals and supporting organisations to deliver transformational change

As an HR professional, you must be CIPD qualified, and, ideally, but not exclusively, experienced in Coaching (with a recognised qualification).
Coaches must hold a recognised qualification together with a portfolio of successful clients and excellent testimonials. |
